Much ridiculousness is being broadcast from the 2012 Republican National Convention and the story of Mia Love is but a short act in the absurd play. Ludmya ”Mia” Bourdeau Love is an inconsequential Republican mayor from Utah who was selected to speak before the convention. Her qualification for being awarded this honor is, of course, that she is black. But this is a Republican convention you say, and many black people will disown her and never let her live down the shame of playing minstrel to this club full of evil haters! Evidently not one to be stymied by convention, Mayor Love decided to be proactive on that front and put her black cred out there for all the world to see. At the 2:30 mark in the video below, Mayor Love begins her praise of great Americans from the past ”Our story has been told for over two hundred years,” she cries out enthusiastically, ”with small steps and giant leaps. From a woman on a bus to a man with a dream” . . .
The 1960s era of the civil rights movement is when most black people believe America’s greatness truly began; Mayor Love is telling everyone what is in her heart. Do you agree with her? Are Martin Luther King Jr. and Rosa Parks two of your biggest American heroes? If so, then you and people who are in agreement with you may live in the same nation satisfied that your views are representative of the majority.
However, what if you disagree with those that entertain such notions? What if you believe that America’s greatness has nothing to do with Miss Parks nor Mr. King? What if you believe that America’s greatness was born hundreds of years before the destructive 1960s? In that case, it is impossible for you to both reside in the same nation and each rest comfortably knowing that you are politically aligned with the majority of your fellow citizens on such a crucially fundamental issue. This social recipe (like so many others offered up by liberals on both sides) does not a sound nation make. These are issues that fundamentally separate a nations people and there is no way to prevent it from happening. The question is, what makes America a great nation? Surely it is obvious that a country cannot survive if large numbers of her people disagree on the answer to such a basic, existential question.
The Republican speechwriters clearly saw this speech as an excellent vehicle for conveying to black Americans how in touch with their concerns is the modern Republican Party. The liberal Republican establishment wants to show that they just love them some MLK. Hey, doesn’t everybody think Martin Luther King Jr. and Rosa Parks are equivalent to George Washington and Paul Revere? Who could disagree except an evil white racist? You should be ashamed of yourselves! Now, each of you (and you know who you are) give me ten Hail Martins and send a $20 contribution to the NAACP to atone for your blasphemy!
The anti-traditional, pro-abortion, pro-affirmative action, afrocentric Condoleezza Rice is the current poster girl for this liberal Republican policy of attempting to gain more support from black Americans by thrusting blacks into the Republican spotlight regardless of their leftist views. Again, these are views with which the current liberal Republican leadership, as well as the vast majority of Republicans in the mainstream media agree. Miss Rice will give a prime-time speech at the convention tonight (Wednesday). One is left to wonder if the “conservative” Condi Rice will address the current browning of America under way that is transforming America into a non-white nation with a majority-leftist population. One is left to wonder if this is cause for concern for Miss Rice. One is being facetious, isn’t one?
The Republicans keep giving American traditionalists every reason to look for another party. It has become clear that these Republicans will not not stop trying to be the other liberal party; ergo the Republican Party will very, very soon become a former party. White traditionalist Americans (and a few non-whites who understand and care that America cannot be the nation she has been for centuries without a traditional, majority-white citizenry of Anglo/European ancestry making it so) will either find another political party to successfully represent them, or America’s future will be that of a leftist, non-white majority nation.
At what point will a significant number of traditionalist Americans actually begin to show enough concern about such a non-white majority future; a future dominated by leftist policies of wealth redistribution and a massive central government hell-bent on righting the wrongs of the past racial sins of white America. At what point will traditionalist Americans demand that measures be implemented that will alter such a future of anti-white, anti-Americanism?
Nothing will happen until liberalism falls. The question is, when liberalism finally self annihilates, will white Americans have enough political power to decide their own fate or will their destiny and that of their children then lie in the hands of a non-white, leftist majority? Time will reveal to us the answer, and it will do so in the not so distant future.
