There was a packed house at each of the Chik-fil-A restaurants in this area yesterday. At the one nearest here, supporters of the Christian owned company were standing in a line that snaked all the way to nearby businesses. Vehicles lined up bumper to bumper as far as one could see down the main road and there were so many people trying to get into the restaurant to show their support that the police had to be called to assist in traffic control. This was the scene all day long. A similar experience is true for all the Chik-fil-A restaurants in the nearby city of which we are an exburb.
It went quite well for Chik-fil-A in other towns and cities as well.
Christian business owners should recognize that this is their queue. Chik-fil-A owner Dan Cathy has provided the lead that other Christian businessmen must follow and now is the time for these Christian owned, higher-profile businesses across the nation to take a stand. Don’t worry that you may be perceived as opportunistic for using your Christian beliefs to promote your company; for the battle which America is fighting is for the soul of the nation and every high-profile Christian-run business must wear its belief on its sleeve. You must stand up and be heard!
Every Christian owned business that is large enough to generate any noise by publicly standing by Dan Cathy should do so now. The companies will get a huge boost in business, as shown by yesterday’s customer turnout in support of support Chik-fil-A. The smaller companies could do the same but it would be advisable for them to proceed with caution as the risk may be to great for little or no publicity. The small businessman often rides a fine line between profit and loss and many cannot afford to lose even a few customers and expect to stay above water. The bigger companies, however, can lose a few customers and still benefit greatly by taking a high-profile stand for their Christian beliefs. Plus, it’s the right thing to do. This is not a one day thing either; as a result of Dan Cathy’s public stand against homosexual marriage, Christian families across the nation will likely buy more Chik-fil-A products than they have in the past.
This situation shows us that Christian businessmen can play a very large part in determining how America proceeds on its future path. If Christian-owned companies in sufficient numbers respond properly to this show of support for Chik-fil-A, this could be the single most important event so far in the returning (if possible) of America to a proper Christian nation. Millions of Americans pray that high-profile Christian businessmen who have the power to speak out and be heard do so, and that this will not be another missed opportunity for them to defend Christianity in America.

This is what we need to see more of. If some big name people would speak out when they disagree with all the liberal junk that goes on they’d get this same reaction. Imagine if an actor spoke out against liberals destroying the country, a lot more people would go and see his movies. And don’t say nobody would give him a movie after that because they would. Some movie director would love to have all these extra ticket sales for his movie.
