Thursday in the House of Representatives, a rare event took place. A congressman, Pennsylvania Representative Mike Kelly (R), received a standing ovation and chants of USA! USA!USA! from fellow members of the House in response to a speech he gave denouncing Washington’s anti-business fetish for bureaucratic red tape.
After you watch the video below, ask yourself a couple of questions. One, isn’t this how a manly American leader should act? Two, wouldn’t you like to see a presidential candidate who carries himself like Mike Kelly?
I don’t know all the details concerning his position on the issues but I did a quick search and found out that he is a pro-life Christian, and is very much against Obamacare.
A man who gives a speech like this should run for president.
